Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time We offer shipping across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 3–5 business days
- Other cities & remote areas: 5–10 business days
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to track your package.
Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
